AletheionGuard provides epistemic uncertainty quantification and hallucination detection services for AI and machine learning systems. Our Services include:

• REST API for uncertainty analysis
• Real-time and batch processing capabilities
• Dashboard and analytics tools
• Documentation and support resources

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

4. API Usage and Restrictions

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

AletheionGuard retains all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including all intellectual property rights. Our proprietary algorithms, models, and technologies are protected by copyright, patent, and trade secret laws.

6.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

8.1 Uptime Guarantee

• Free Plan: No SLA guarantee
• Pro Plan: 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Enterprise Plan: Custom SLA available

8.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our uncertainty quantification results are error-free or complete. You are responsible for validating results for your use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALETHEIONGUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AletheionGuard from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florianópolis, SC, Brazil, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AletheionGuard regarding the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign without restriction.
